. . Is breakfast included?
Yes, in the Way Hostel Guest House we provide a great breakfast from 8am to 10am every morning so you can start your day with energy.
. Can I get in or out of the Guest House at any time of the day?
You can get in or go out at any time, since we open 24/7, but please consider respecting the silence hours from 11.30pm to 8am on the next day.
. What time do I have to check out on my last day?
The check out time is 11.30 am with half an hour flexibility so we can clean the room for your new inmates.
. Could you provide information about universities, schools, language courses or cultural activities?
We have agreements with many universities and different associations worldwide so you can develop your knowledge 100%. Do not hesitate to contact us on reservas@wayhostel.com in case you have any questions.
. If my Uni or School organize a trip to Madrid and we are more than 8 persons, could we still stay at the Guest House?
In that case, please write to marketing@wayhostel.com
. Can I leave my luggage for the day after I’ve checked out?
No problem; we provide an exclusive and secure place for our guests, free of charge.
. Do I have to present my student´s card in order to stay at the Guest House?
When arriving at the Guest House you must present your student´s card so we can make the discount (if applicable).
. Can I smoke in the Guest House?
Way Hostel Guest House is a free-smoke place, so you are not able to smoke inside. Nevertheless, you can always go to the bars nearby and relax with a cigarette after a tasteful tapa!
. Do I get Internet access at the Guest House?
Yes, we provide free wi-fi access in case you bring your laptop, or otherwise we have computers for the use of the guests, free of charge.
. Can I cook my own meal at the Guest House?
Yes! We have a great and fully equipped kitchen so you can cook typical dishes from your place and make your inmates try it.
. Do you have lockers and safety boxes?
We provide lockers in each room for free and safety boxes for money and documents. Don’t forget to bring your padlock.
